A Doitsu Tancho Sanke is a rare and striking ornamental koi characterized by a pure white skin, a single, centered red spot (tancho) on its head, and black (sumi) markings on its body, with no scales (Doitsu) except for a few large ones along the dorsal fin or lateral line. It combines the "red crown" of a Tancho with the three-color Sanke pattern on a scaleless leather-skin body
